(S10) - PT 1 - New Faces

I just arrived in Portland where I look to make my name for the time being. It's an adjustment for Becker because it's not as hot as the southern part of California. So far getting used to Portland has been different. The city is vastly different from the Los Angeles lifestyle that I've been used to growing up. Portland is very hipster and has a lot of water holes where the adults grab their "adult sodas". That being said, the football fanbase so far seems very very into it and it's good to be in such a passionate football city. I know that Oregon is a huge football state so I wasn't really surprised by that. I'm still getting to know my team and so far every single one of them has been fantastic and they all seem to share a similar sense of humour with myself. The management seems to be very open to talk and they seem to have their heads on straight which is refreshing. I'm looking forward to getting to know the facilities and hanging out in the gym post practice. I heard Portland is a strange city to be at night so I guess I will have to get a tour from one of the veterans here.
