Arizona has added a multitude of friendly faces in the past few seasons. From the draft has come players like star quarterback Kevin Fitzpatrick and low fliers like linebacker True Pierce, and from trades have come some like wide receiver Shadarrien LaMelllana, a promising young talent expected to make the moves to the major leagues soon. The most recent player and the one expected to make an immediate impact for the Outlaws squad? The Utah grad and Pythons star, safety Shannon Hobbs. Helping to continue the Outlaws newfound gimmick of literally never having a cornerback on the roster and instead having a bunch of safeties, Hobbs joins a dauntless but deteriorating defense demanding depth, led by the dreamy, dynamic defensiveback duo of Darren Morris and Bucky Barnes. There are no doubts that that duo will soon transform to a terrific trio - a triple threat - a trifecta of talent in the secondary, as Hobbs well rounded skillset will likely slot into the free safety position, while Barnes stays at strong safety, and Morris moves outside where his sack count will drop but his interceptions will rise. Hobbs looks to follow in the footsteps up Bucky Barnes, fellow recent Outlaws safety draftee, who just who defensive rookie of the year.
