A trade that just recently happened can quite literally change the face of the NSFL and the ASFC. The New Orleans Second Line traded away a second round pick in season twelve to the Orange County Otters for none other than Wide Receiver Carlito Crush. The Second Line lost Dustin Evans after last season due to retirement, so one of the few areas they were lacking was at the Receiver position. Adding Crush makes that offense click so much more, and they become such a dangerous team with Borkus Maximus III slinging it all over the field. Adding Crush to that already dangerous team, it puts New Orleans Second Line as the favorites to go to the Ultimus from the ASFC. Carlito Crush is a free agent after this season, so it could backfire and bite the Second Line in the ass, due to the fact that he could just be an 8 game rental. Either which way, this could either possibly be the greatest steal in recent years, or the greatest bust, it really proves that New Orleans Second Line is going all in this season, because the window is closing quickly on the aging team. They need to continue to add young blood into them, so they can infuse the powers together.
