As the season comes to a close it will be interesting to watch one game in particular: Week 13, the
at the
. This will be interesting to watch for at least two reasons: first, the Hawks destroyed the Liberty by 61 points in their previous meeting, but secondly and more importantly, the Hawks have recently traded their S11 R3 pick to the ever-struggling Philadelphia Liberty in exchange for Carter Bush and the Liberty's S11 R4. For the Hawks, this meant moving down in the draft for a half-season rental (Bush is a free agent after this season) while looking to build themselves up as much as possible for their eminent playoff run. but for the Liberty, it may have just made the game that much more lopsided. Carter Bush is a great talent as he has already amassed 200+ yards and 3 touchdowns in his 3 games with the Baltimore squad. So, with history as a predictor and against a weak Philly D, he is in line for about 70 yards and 1 touchdown. I'm sure that a performance like that will be painful to watch for much of the Philadelphia Liberty locker room. Perhaps their only solace is that they will be playing on their home turf....or will it make it just that much harder???
