Well, first off they're both my dads. They both did a great job, I mean on the football field I'd like to say I'm more like Chess Dad because Chess Dad was pretty damn great back in the day with the Outlaws. Smallwood dad is, of course, a pro football player but to compare him to Chess is kind of funny in my opinion. But again, as a parent Smallwood was really good. Footballwise, meh. Take em or leave em. You know what I mean? However, it is worth noting that I am a runningback just like Smallwood Dad. But, of course at the start of his career he was a Wideout but he changed it once he realized that he wouldn't ever make it to the level of Chess dad.
But most of all I am really quite glad that they put aside their differences and admitted their love for each other. That was really something special, and they've done a great job as parents. A lot of people will forget that Chess and Smallwood had a heated rivalry, but now they're friends. They run a damn baseball team together -- that's awesome. How many people can say that their professional football playing dads also run a baseball team? Not many. I can though.
