The Portland Pythons are a team that is known for joking around, and when kicker Eric Legstrong joined the team that stayed the same. Legstrong was a player who had a reputation in high school days for being a complete prankster and this trend eventually progressed into one of the best senior pranks, but this isn't what we're here to talk about today. Instead, we have word from our media source that Legstrong was part of an elaborate prank on the team's general manager last night where all of the helmets for the team were hidden around the stadium with clues attached inside each to find the next one. The players thought that making the GM run as much as the coach and players do would be a good idea, but soon found out quite the opposite when they all got pay slashes to their contracts the next morning. The prank was good hearted but in the end the players probably got the short end of the stick from their new general manager which left them feeling pissed off and heated heading into training camp which is never a good way to start a season by any regard. Sources say the atmosphere has already changed for the better.
