Pranks are part of any locker room. They were part of the Purdue university locker room. They were part of the Kansas City Coyotes’ locker room. Obviously, they’re part of the Arizona Outlaws’ locker room. Andrew Reese never had a problem with this. He wasn’t one to partake in it, but he didn’t necessarily get involved, either. As long as it was harmless, he took no offense to it. Back when he was a Quarterback, teammates treated him with reverence and no one would dare stage a prank on him. He was their star. However, entering the NSFL as a Defensive Tackle, Reese finally found himself lower on the totem pole and in the sights of a prank.
Something else to consider. Reese had bulked up heavily for his new position and was letting out a lot of pent-up aggression that had built up over the years when he stepped on the practice field. This seemed obvious to most of the team, though someone had clearly failed to notice. After practice, while Reese was in the shower, this player opened up Reese’s spray-on deodorant and replaced the contents with whipped cream. Reese then walked out of the locker room, wearing only a towel around his waist with two big puffs of whipped cream under his armpits. The looks on the faces of his new teammates directed him to a veteran player, who will remain unnamed since they’ve now suffered enough. And that suffering was indeed due. Reese grabbed the player and put him in a headlock, rubbing their face in the whipped cream covered armpit. And, while a shower had help dilute the smell after a long practice, the player learned that whipped cream does very little to dampen the smell of a stinky armpit. Not surprisingly, no one has tried to play a prank on Reese since then, though the unnamed player will find the occasional can of whipped cream placed in their gym bag as a reminder.
