Micycle McCormick has always been considered as one of the great kickers in the league, but with the recent injury and position switch caused by it, McCormick is looking to become a breakout at the quarterback position. Over the first four games, McCormick has found himself second in the league in passing yards at 1256 yards and 3rd in QB rating at 85.8, but stats won't be the only reason he'll be a new star. McCormick has the advantage of having league leading wide receiver Howard Miller lining up on the outside for him, which will also open up fellow star Dwayne Aaron on the opposite side. Other players like Alvin Chipmunk, long-time Yeti Brian Wheat, and rookie running back Devo Cansino will also serve as major targets, making McCormick's life as easy as possible.
McCormick has been working all offseason at becoming the best quarterback that he can be for the Yeti, and his previous experience as emergency QB for his high school and college teams have proven extremely beneficial. As Howard Miller stated in a media piece earlier this year, McCormick had been often seen after practice throwing extra passes to receivers when previous QBs Nicholas Pierno got injured and when Ryan Applehort's future with the team was in question. His previous chemistry with the team has paid off so far, but will it be enough to lead the Yeti to an elusive Ultimus?
