Barnes is and always has been a charitable person. Growing up he saw a lot of times where kids would go out trick or treating wearing just regular clothes and when he would ask why they would tell him that they couldn't afford to get a costume that year especially with the holiday season coming up right afterward in November and December. Now that Barnes is a rich and successful NSFL player he gives back to his new adoptive home in Arizona by organizing charity drives for people to send in any donations or old costumes for kids so they can have a fun trick or treating experience this Halloween. Besides that though, Barnes does like to hang out with his teammates and friends by going out in downtown in Phoenix to a bar or two. This year Barnes is dressing up as a trash can with the Otters logo on it. Walking around in Arizona with that costume has earned him plenty of free drink and food offers from the bartenders and patrons. Obviously he doesn't accept any of them since he has the money to buy his own stuff but it's nice to know that the Outlaw fans are out and about always looking to represent for their team.
