This off season was a lot different than pretty much every other off season since joining the NSFL. For the first time since the S2 off season, Trey Willie moved cities and switched teams. So instead on sitting back and relaxing after another pro bowl season performance, I was meeting with realtors and working on getting all my stuff moved across the country. The main thing I realized is how much stuff I’ve acquired since signing my first NSFL contract over 9 seasons ago. While I am finally getting settled into my new town, there is still a lot of work to do. Now that I am out west, I am starting to explore my new surroundings. Taking the 202 out east to route 60, I make my way out to superstition mountain range. Story has it that back in the late 19th century, the lost Dutchman found a found a literal gold mine. He kept this a secret until he was on his death bed. At that point, he shared the location with one other person. Since then, everyone has been trying to find this mine but with no success. I guess with this long off season, I have more spare time to try my luck in these mountains.
