You have to give the simmers a break since it's quite a mundane and grueling task to sim/stream an entire season. It's also not a fun or easy task to do and requires a lot of patience with the sim to make sure each team is correctly inputted and all player values are accurate. That takes time and preseason gives us the opportunity to make sure that we can correct mistakes before the regular season.
We could have a quicker turnaround time if we had a dedicated and committed team of simmers/streamers but right now it's only TC and To1 handling it for both leagues and it's not easy for one person to bear all that responsibility without giving them some sort of break. They have lives too and we need to acknowledge that they probably don't want to be simming/streaming non-stop especially around the holiday season where people are traveling or meeting friends and family.
