The Portland Pythons are looking really good after picking up some key players and getting some important players back. First off, in the DSFL draft the Pythons picked up Caleb McCoy who looks to take over the reins from Johnson Cox III as the new starting quarterback. They also picked up the top receiver in the draft with Lucius Kane which should help out the team since Errol Maddox is called up to the Baltimore Hawks. Another key draft pick was Corey Trevor who should create some great offense with Beauregard Smallwood-Chess in the backfield. The pair of backs will wreak havoc on a lot of defenses since they can switch off so easily. Roman Stakowski is coming back after getting drafted by Arizona and should give the team some great blocking now that Adrian Pitcher is gone. Finally, David Ginsberg was another great off season addition to replace the defense that was lost over last season. The Pythons made some good moves in getting excellent offensive weapons and should feature another high octane and exciting brand of DSFL football. Fans in Portland and around the world will be happy to see how the team hasn't lost a step and is ready for the next season!
