Sunnycursed didn't really have an offseason. Just as all the best athletes do, you have to keep the work up year round if you hope to become an elite player in the sport. This fact is even more prominent for Sunnycursed, who has just been called up from the DSFL after an Ultimini championship win with the Portland Pythons to play for the Orange County Otters, who drafted him 5th overall a season ago.
Sunnycursed logged a lot of minutes with his good friend King Bronko trying to get his game up to snuff with the speed of the NSFL. While his speed was already the stuff of legends, these workouts helped him improve his hands and his endurance, things that were both a concern of his coaches coming into this season.
Sunnycursed also worked closely with his new cast of friends, Gus T. T. Showbiz, Carlito Crush, Tegan Atwell, and Tommy Helanen. It will be a big fight for receptions in this offense, but it is best to have high chemistry before stepping on the regular season turf. Besides extra practice put in after training camp, the crew also went out a lot, visiting various parts of Orange County and having a great time.
