Well, to be frank, it's been a pretty horrible season so far for the Yellowknife Wraiths. As always, I've always believed in this team, but we seem to be getting older at an alarming rate. No fault of management at all, they have clung on to the glory days of the Wraiths for as long as possible. Sadly, there's just no enough talent on the offense to carry the team. Now sadly, the Wraiths have also dropped some pretty rough games to some bad teams as well this season, and some times that is just how the football and sim gods work. For example, losing to a pretty bad Colorado Yeti team in Yellowknife was a pretty bad break. Like, how do we lose to the yeti by only one point at home. That just perfectly describes how poorly this year has gone. Our best offensive player, Ryan Applehort managed to put together a pretty poor day, throwing 3 picks to a depleted Yeti secondary. Applehort has put together great performances against the best teams in the league this year in games we lost, but then he laid an egg during a very winnable game. Just bad luck, and during a tough time in the team's history.
