Thorian Skarsgard is once again having the kind of season that a lot of players can only hope to achieve for the Tijuana Luchadores. Riding the wave of being selected to be a team captain this season after competing for the Linebacker of the Year award last season, Thorian is once again making his presence felt for a Luchadores defense that is currently first in the DSFL in points allowed. Leading the team in tackles for a second consecutive season, he is not only proud of his own play up to this point, but incredibly proud of the play of his teammates as well. At this point last season, Tijuana was floundering and it appeared as though only a miracle could land them in the postseason. Currently, the Luchadores have the best record in the whole dang shooting match.

Skarsgard is also excited about where he's going to be playing football next season. The Orange County Otters have the incredible ability to make it into the playoffs season after season, and if not for the miraculous emergence of the Sabercats, the Otters would be the team to beat this season. As much fun as it is competing for an Ultimini and a Defensive Player of the Year award in the DSFL, Thorian really can't wait to being gearing up in orange next season.
