After a wild draft party, Lucas Knight is ready to start with his preseason workout in order to become the outstanding cornerback Norfolk expects him to be. Knight plans to invest some time into improving his hands technique by asking his QB Jay Longshaw to throw him some passes after practice, as well as discussing some tips with his WR teammates. Additionally, Lucas wants to expend some hours of the night watching some DSFL film to get to know all of his opponents. Also, he's going to hit the gym every morning to build his strength after having a bit of trouble with his tackling during the Prospect Bowl. Finally, but most importantly, he wants to know better all of his teammates and will be glad to have a little chat with most of them during and after practice.
