After being drafted by the Tijuana Luchadores, Troy Humuhumunukunuku?pua'a celebrated officially being a DSFL player by teaming up with a local Tijuana-based nonprofit organization dedicated to getting kids who are promising athletes free quality private tutoring and promising scholars sports leagues of their own in an effort to keep the kids in school and off the streets, as well as helping them develop well rounded skillsets to ensure they have the best future possible. While touring the local Tijuana schools, Troy spent the afternoons practicing with the children and the other professional athletes who were on tour with the organization, challenging many of them to races to show off his new speed.
