Carlito Crush is doing everything he can this offseason to fight off Father Time. Another offseason has brought him one step closer to the edge, and he’s about to break. In order to fight off regression, and ultimately, retirement, for another few seasons, Crush has been sticking to his ketogenic diet, and has been running along the beaches all day. On top of it, he flew to Germany this offseason to do the crazy blood cleaning thing Kobe Bryant did that one time. He’s also been lifting weights in the gym, but he’s transitioned into lifting smaller weights for more reps in order to prevent more wear and tear on his body. Crush is poised to help the Otters defend the title one more time. (125)
