Ricardo Morris has a routine that he follows every game day: and it starts with waking up and enjoying some leggo my eggos. He does not care that people say you should not leggo an eggo after the age of 12, its still the first thing he does every day. Then, he hits a warm shower before heading to the practice facility to meet with the Norfolk defensive line coaching staff and go over some tape for the opposing offensive line and offense. The focus is on how to beat the center, often who Ricardo ends up pulling as his assignment, and what routes the offensive line likes to make for the back, where to focus the pressure to beat the line, and how the back likes to break out, favourite routes. Then the defensive line works with the linebackers to build a strategy for the front seven, talking about what holes will form and how they can take advantage to shoot into the pocket. Ricardo then hits the cafeteria for a massive lunch, often some type of pasta dish, and then a pregame nap followed by a cold bath to get the muscles ready to perform. Some final pep talk and he's ready to rumble.
