Fixing The Un-Retirement Rule

No one’s going to scour the rulebook to see if they can post a joke or not, which is why there should be some form of warning thread that warns people of the cost of un-retiring stickied up there.

So, last April Fool's Day, I also pulled a retirement prank. Prior to doing so, I actually read the rulebook. There's actually a whole section on retirement. It's easy to find. It literally took 2 minutes. Those 2 minutes were enough to convince me that posting joke retirements in the retirement thread was a bad idea. So, I posted media hyping up a retirement instead... and didn't get penalized. I also made a nice chunk of money off the articles I posted.

If someone can't be bothered to put the minimum amount of effort into something, I'm not going to feel bad for them if it backfires.
