It’s a weird day in Arizona. SwagSloth is nowhere to be found; seems like last night’s dinner wasn't that good for him. After giving a look around his office, Lucas Knight finds a note on his desk that reads “taking a break, won't be long before I come back. Knight, you're in charge”. The first thing that comes to Lucas’ mind is the question why me? But after a brief thinking he decides that he's going to enjoy his temporary GM role and comes up with a plan:
a) Time for a relocation: Knight thinks the team has run its course in the hot desert, why not go to a nice weather location with a beach like San Francisco or Honolulu. That kind of places will boost the team confidence for sure.
b) A couple of changes to the playbook: even though the team is doing mostly fine, some adjustments doesn't hurt. So let's begin with making the TE more involved in the offense. Irving is a talented player, he needs to be used more as a redzone weapon. Also, Landers could be great for trick plays since he's a former QB. On defense, there's a lack of safety blitz and McKinnie plus Mack are more than capable of chasing the QBs.
c) Draft capital: the team invested heavily in the past draft and for the S16 Draft there's no 1st round pick; it's time to make some inquiries with Colorado or NOLA to see what is their price for one of their 1st or 2nd round picks.
d) Day off: surely, all the hard work everyone makes deserves a nice reward. Knight will make sure that all of his teammates get a day for themselves after watching them training all day long.
Hopefully, when SwagSloth returns the team isn't a mess thanks to Knight’s crazy ideas.
