Ricardo Morris, the non NSFL player, turns out to be a Texas police officer who would fit right into a noir police novel - he is just that done with the job, too old for that shit, just like Grimes. He looks about 60, but he is actually only like 50. He has a handle bar silver white moustache that inspires fear from both criminals and civilians alike. He likes to ride a horse after criminals, two pistols holstered at either side. He is never without a cowboy hat. In fact, it’s likely that he has a delusion that it is still the 1800’s, since he also does not have a phone or online presence. The connection was made by a local Texas newspaper, when their police officer Ricardo Morris went to trail against criminals he caught after he single handily stopped a bank robbery. According to the paper, Ricardo Morris the Texas hero cowboy cop did not care at all that he shared a name with a pro NSFL player, and just muttered, “Lots of names,” before spitting and ending the interview. Reporters tried to get in touch with Ricardo Morris, but the player simply said, “That’s cool,” as if he was channeling his inner alter ego’s charisma.
