Interview a fan:
Mr. Dick Wizardry, also known as AdamS, how did you feel about the matchup?
Would you have preferred a close game with a comeback win for the baltimore hawks instead of a blowout by baltimore?
Are you sick of seeing same teams in the playoffs?
"Ya know what, I gotta say ya boy Dick has been quiet all season long bro. All damn season. I kept my head down. I did my job the few times I was allowed to. So when you ask what I'd have rpedicted the truth is ya boy don't know. Ya never know what's happening in this league form minute to minute. Baltimore shit the bed not lonng ago and then comes in and facefucks San jose like that. Anyone who says they expected it is a liar. But I gotta admit, fuck the Hawks and all, but ya boy fuckin' enjoyed watching them yeet all voer the Cats defense all game long. It musta been magically delicious cuz Gambino had them lucky charms workin' bro. As for playoff team, man I don't care. Ya wanna stop the same teams from gettin' into the palyoffs....stop 'em. Til then it's all just noise."
Rivalries:
I guess being on the Copperheads, I have a weird case of wanting 0 teams to win. Let me break it down. Credit to Speculadora who has kept the hitters tradition of being in the playoffs going strong, and after a bad season this year, the roster is still looking good and they still made the playoffs. I was and am proud to be a member of the otters legacy, but it gets boring. Its Otters vs Outlaws/NOLA/Sabercats every time in the playoffs. In fact, we have yet to see any of the other three actually play each other in the postseason. The NSFC has more parity but even then, there are more seasons with the hawks in the postseason than not. When will we get the roster shakeup we deserves and more parity? Like seriously, we have seen the seven of the 8 teams hoist the ultimus but yet it doesn't feel like much has changed. The otters are still the asfc monster and it never feels like the others are able to knock them down a peg. It's weird, calling my old team, a team that I have 0 animosity for whatsoever and say the league would be better with them missing a post season or two. Weird.
Expansion team
I'm a copperhead. I was wishy washy with spec, so here I am. I mean, I expect us to produce the first ever time that a rookie makes the postseason with Joe under center. Partially because with 4 of 5 teams making it, we can in theory clinch with 2 wins. I did the math. Its nuts, but if you win just two games against a division opponent who also as a result wins 0 games, and you lose all but those 2, because it is division based, you're in the playoffs. Crazy world, crazy times. But how we are gonna be. We are young, and hungry so this year may be a long shot but I see our star rising shortly behind that of the wraiths. Plus I think with sdcore opposite me, we can likely be the first WR duo that everyone knows and loves like that of westerfield and Phelps, who took the league by storm. But we shall see. Man, I still have more words to write about a team that has yet to play a single snap together. Well we got good hands, a young qb and a RB who is managed by the guy who got Reg Mackworthy a reniscanne year so idk, our offense could surprise a few people. Defense is still suspect, but then again, I think everyone is too high on chicago.
