He loves to eat Chipotle tacos with flour tortillas and grilled chicken and pico and a little bit of cheese. He loves to eat home-made tacos with warm, soft corn tacos and tender carne asada graced with fresh guac. He loves to put anything and everything in tacos, and just see how it tastes, like the time he substituted paprika mac-and-cheese for crema and queso in a taco. Why does Richard spend so much time on his artisanal tacos? Because tacos are delicious.
