It has been a long off-season for Lucas Knight since the Outlaws didn't make it into the playoffs; the first thing he did was take a week to clear his mind by returning to Norfolk and say hi to some of his former teammates. After he returned, he decided that his one goal for the upcoming season was to follow a rigorous plan to improve his physical fitness. Knight got tired of being constantly torched by wide receivers during the past season, so until the start of training camp, he has been running track during the morning and hitting the gym in the evening. Now he's ready to see some action during preseason to make the final adjustments to his technique and get to know better his new defensive teammates.
