After a decent rookie year that saw him rank near the top of the NSFL in tackles among defensive ends, Nero Alexander decided that he wasn't satisfied and that he needed to take his game to the next level. He organized a series of intensive training sessions with his defensive line pal Ryan Leaf Jr (@ValorX77). First up was the reverse Iditarod (that is, dogs ride on sleds while Nero and Leaf pull them for 900+ miles); they both have good speed but just okay endurance, so this didn't go as well as Nero hoped. They only made it 6 miles before throwing in the towel. Next, they got to work constructing a stately new igloo for Wraiths newcomer Danny Grithead. Leaf and Alexander's immense strength made lifting and assembling the ice blocks an easy task, although with their low intelligence, Grithead better be careful lest the whole structure proves to be fundamentally unsound and comes crashing down. Regardless, Leaf and Alexander have both made significant strides this offseason and will look to impose their will upon offensive lines in their sophomore seasons.
