Ryan Leaf Jr is a very great Defensive tackle, but what if he was a Defensive End instead? I’m sorry Nero Alexander, but for this scenario you’re talking my spot, the defensive tackle. At defensive end, naturally, you’re gonna get less sacks, but more tackles and more tackles for a loss of yardage, in which currently, Leaf struggles to get tackles for loss, but thrives on tackles and sacks, Nero thrives on both, however struggles to get sacks as he can’t get out of the fat Leafer’s way. Leaf would usually average about 5 tackles and a sack per game average, (Unless the sim decides to be a freaking idiot). With this hypothetical position change, he’d average about 4 tackles, a Tackle for a loss of yardage, and a sack, making opposing o-lines look like they are not doing their job that they signed a contract for. Nero Alexander’s hypothetical Defensive tackle build would be an Interior rusher, similar to that of Leaf, but he’d average slightly more tackles and more loss of yardage tackles, and more sacks since he has slightly more TPE than his buddy Leaf, but of course they would still terrorize the offense as half of the feared Sack S.L.A.M defensive line, averaging about 4 sacks and a couple of forced fumbles. In the end, Leaf and Alexander dominate on their defensive line as tackles and End players. (234 words)
