Due to Colorado's lack of success on offense the Yeti have switched one of their best defensive play makers to offense. Former free safety Quentin Sinclair was switched to starting quarterback despite having never played the position before. Quentin was confused by the move at first but was excited at the opportunity to contribute more to the team. "I'm comfortable with how our defense plays. We have guys that we can plug into the secondary in my absence and still perform at a high level. That allows me to play quarterback and improve the offense without degrading the defense too much". We expect the Yeti to move towards an old school, ground oriented game due to Sinclair's lack of passing experience. Coupled with Terry Taffy this new Yeti offense may be just what they need to win some games. Sinclair has elite quickness that is a threat anywhere on the field. The Yeti's season is already over in terms of trying to make the playoffs so the coaches figured that there would be no harm in testing out this new offense in a real game setting against Arizona next week. Sinclair has a long way to go as a passer but if the coaches deem this position switch as promising more effort will be put in to developing Sinclair's passing.
