Written Option: If you could change one thing about this league, change one rule, relocate a team, adjust the conferences, change how the bank works, fix the sim engine, etc, what would it be and why? How would it improve the league as is, and how easy would it be to implement? This is not a time to bash the current set up, but to hear constructive ideas for improvement. - Remove rookie locker forum area. Last used in S10. Clutter.
- Remove team locker rooms on the forums. Wraiths last used theirs in S9. Austin doesn't have one. Chicago doesn't have one. If they did it wouldn't be used anyway. Replace with direct links to discord LR's. Clutter.
- Combine Graphics & Twitter into subforums under the NSFL media section. Clutter. Fix pinned links. Remove NSFL statistical graded area, combine into graded articles with normal media. Dont seperate statistical stuff with another category, just add tags in the description called [STATISTICS] or [INTERVIEW] for pressers, [MEDIA] for generic media.
- Hide NSFL & DSFL Archives. Nobody views them, they take up space. Making them hidden declutters but keeps them viewable if you wanted to show somebody them with perms. We have indices as is.
- Move bank area into player progression, no brainer.
- Seperate this area by position, the same way that the PROSPECTS area is (http://nsfl.jcink.net/index.php?showforum=34) ALSO. Somebody sign the rocketman, he's a free agent.
- Add more tpe stuff for richer people to get.
- Embrace automation, work alongside 37th and BW3 to form a gradual push towards a system that automates the bank, updates, whatever. SBA Portal is the golden standard.
- Change voting of awards from GM's to hiring a board who votes on awards and the probowl. DO NOT REINSTATE A PUBLIC VOTE FOR AWARDS OR PRO BOWL, DO NOT.
- Fine GM's more for failing to do basic GM duties.
