Firstly credit to Dermot for this great question to write about.
If I could change one thing about the NSFL it would definitely be improving the annoying and at times frustrating sim engine. I have heard GMs complain about the aim engine not running the plays and the styles of plays they have set up but as I am not a GM I can't really comment on that.
What I can comment on is that it would be great to have a sim engine that was more refined and matched an NFL far more closely. One of the biggest problems I have seen are the ridiculous penalties, it is like the engine randomly selects a penalty and player causing it out of thin air. I have seen quarterbacks been called for pass interference on his own pass or a cornerback being called for roughing the passer, it would be great if these crazy calls could be fixed so they appear more realistic. Secondly it would be great if the graphics of the sim engine was better, just look at the render and realism of sim engine on games like football manager, if we could get anywhere close to that, then that would be amazing.
But all the complaints aside this is an amazing league with a great bunch of people in it and running it, keep it up!
