6) Our Time
It was Chicago's time to shine and we shouldn't have been able to be stopped. We were the best team at home in the regular season and we secured home-field advantage during the entire playoff run and we even had Philly as our first opponent who we beat in the regular season too so this was supposed to be our year and run straight through these playoffs to win the Ultimus but sadly somehow we got murdered at home versus Philadelphia and that's honestly crazy we should have won and now we had an early exit but we will be even hungrier next year. Chicago is a young team and will improve heavily this offseason to make the jump and we will win the Ultimus next year no doubt in my mind. Time to get paid baby. Our defense is where it's at and we have a stellar run game and a developing quarterback who should all make an even bigger jump next year, I'm excited to see what this team can do after our early exit we will be throbbing at the neck to get at these Philly boys and get our revenge. Mark my words Chicago will be coming back baby and it's not a joke!
7) Next year
Like I said above we should have run away in the playoffs and won it all this year as we had a stellar home field advantage and just choked it away after being the best home-field team in the NSFL. We will progress this offseason as a team and grow together and come back better than ever because we are still a super young team and some of us will be hitting our primes at the right time. I have no doubt in my mind that Chicago will be back in the playoffs next year and get even further next year and actually win too! We have a strong defensive unit that can't be messed with and our offense is really young and will get even better. Hopefully, our quarterback steps it up because they are truly the reason we lost and we need him/her to play better than what they did. Our defense can't bail you out the entire season and get gassed in the playoffs and you not show up. BUT I have complete confidence that they will step up and become a better game managing quarterback for us next season and we will come and win the Ultimus for the next several years!
10) Rivalries
My biggest rival team is now the Arizona Outlaws, after being traded away from them and going to Chicago I felt happy and we were winning games and then we took an early exit from the playoffs which came as a huge surprise and then Arizona went and won the Ultimus without me. It kinda felt shitty to be one hundred percent honest. I loved that team to and I had to be traded away from certain cancer and it cost me my first ever sim league championship trophy... Maybe I shouldn't have let my emotions get to me and ask to be traded so quickly but I truly did not like a guy at that time at all and wanted to connections with him at all. I'm happy for Arizona by the duo and freind @lonecricket Leighton Lee was one of my closest friends there and I feel awful for leaving him but I know the dude is a monster and will be a beast for a long time, I'm hoping to be able to compete against him stat-wise for a long time! Lee vs Stokeley will be my goal for my career and I'm already losing so I got some ground to catch up on and I will!
