So because my initial question was ignored: it looks like this was an error caused by updaters and/or HO in updating the sim file? As in, Austin followed all correct updating procedures and it was not their error that caused the resim? Because by the looks of it, there ought to be another resim after all these other errors people are talking about are found and corrected. Doesn't make sense to retain results when we know the sim file is wrong... or are we only doing that on a special case basis (and what are the conditions of this basis)?

Basically, what conditions are required for a team to get a resim, just value of TPE missing or who caused the error? Both?

No sure why HO is being thrown in here. HO has nothing to do with updating the sim file.
