Then the icing on the penalty ridden Kansas City Coyote gift to the Palm Beach Solar Bears; the facemask that should have never been. With 59 seconds left, on a 3rd and 3, after taking their last time out, the Polar Bears are blessed with a timely facemask by rookie cornerback X Adams, giving them the first, leading to a 7 yard run and spike giving rookie Frost the 24 yard game winning field goal.
With the Coyotes spending most of their draft capital on drafting young talent on the defensive end, with them all developing into competent players, the Coyotes firmly believed that if not for the facemask, the Coyotes would have been able to make the stop.
