Honestly, you can max out your attributes for most archetypes in 7 years if you're really active. I can see the point in giving DSFL rookies 1 free season, but I think every season after you're eligible for the NSFL Draft should count regardless of where you play. Plus, it makes it easier to keep track of since the roster pages use the NSFL draft season as a start date.
