I think I would agree. of course I never want to lose any players but the top teams in the league right now are absolutely stacked. Even our team right now we have so many great players we are wondering how we will get everyone involved, and thats us as a rebuilding team that no one expects to make the playoffs haha!

That's an issue in both SHL and PBE right now.

This is something I've been saying for a while but raise minimum contracts so that a team can only have so many star players and let GMs take care of the rest. You want a 1200 TPE QB? Cool but now you need to choose between giving up either your star WR or 2 great defensive pieces. Selfishly it helps OL too because GMs will jump at the chance to save cap space with human OL in order to help keep their better players around.

Great GMs will still be rewarded for great GMing but it will force more tough decisions to be made that could topple dynasties and/or prop up under performing teams.

There's already decent parity here though because of the toll regression takes on players so if we do nothing we'll be fine imo.
