(S22) - PT1 - Runnin’ Down a Dream

Although I started most games in my rookie DSFL season, I would categorize it as a disappointment for me. I sat at 71 TPE for the entire season, because I was kind of inactive. Things have turned around recently for me. I’ve become much more active, and I’ve been progressing consistently now.

First and foremost, I’m hoping for an Ultimini for my Grey Ducks. I think we have the team for it, we’ll just have to see if we can put it all together. This could possibly be my last season in the DSFL, so it would be great to end on a good note with a trophy. I don’t know if my player is good enough to win any individual awards, so I’m just hoping for improvement across the board. I had 5 passes defensed last season, and I think that number could go way up this season. I had zero interceptions, so I’m really hoping that I can get that number up. Forcing turnovers are an absolute key to winning, and I want to help my team win. Hopefully, now that I’ve gotten my speed up a bit, I can help out a bit in the run game and rack up a few more tackles than the 30 that I had last season as well. If this ends up being my last season before getting called up, I want to leave the DSFL on a high note. Let’s make it happen Grey Ducks!
