(S22) - PT1 - Runnin’ Down a Dream

I have a lot of expectations in my second year of my career. I had a semi-solid if uninspiring start to my DSFL career, grabbing nominations for offensive rookie of the years (and one more award I can't remember) even though I put up pedestrian numbers sharing the QB position in Tijuana. I only can get better this second season now that my DSFL build is completely capped.

I'm hoping to just approve in my stats across the board. I didn't throw many touchdowns my first season, so I think it should be easy to improve there. I also hope to throw more touchdowns than interceptions for sure, so that is another added wrinkle there. I should improve my total yards this season since my build is better, but hopefully I'm more efficient with a higher completion percentage along with a higher yards per attempt mark than I put up last season. I think efficiency will be key since I'm still stuck in a two QB system. This basically means it is impossible for me to break any sort of record (and I probably won't get close to even winning an award, yay for splitting time) so I'm not going to be worried about that even though I think I have a really solid DSFL build.

As a team, I think we are going to be much stronger and I expect us to actually make the playoffs this season and have a great chance to win a championship. Hopefully I can be a big part of that as one of the quarterbacks.
