My goals for this season begin with running it back with Myrtle Beach. My Gms approached me after the draft and said that they would leave it up to me if I wanted to stay down or get called up. They have a legend in Freeza Ripote playing his last season, so I made more sense for me to stay down and play a full snap count. I was beyond excited. Myrtle Beach is the beginning of a DSFL dynasty. It's going to be known as the premier team in the DSFL. We've dealt with a lot of adversity this year. We have a lot to prove to the league about who we are and what we represent. Back to back titles would be a strong message to everyone that despite everything we are here to stay.
I was a little disappointed that I would not be on the field for the inaugural season of the Sailfish, but I will have a lot of time to cement my legacy there. My goal is to be known as the best Defensive tackle to play for Sarasota. The bar that every Dlineman will be measured against. My goal once I get to the NSFL will be to prove myself as a leader and earn a spot in the war room. That's something I want to be sure I am a part of in the future.
