Last season, Daymond Brooks was considered a steal as the 208th pick in the S21 DSFL draft. I think that got to his head a little bit because being active alone doesn't mean you were worth being drafted. He had a good offseason, finally capitalizing on making media, graphics, and tweeting. This year, he intends to max out and be looked at by the Honolulu Hahalua as they make their call-ups for next year. He's projected to remain in Minnesota until S24, but he'll work hard to make it difficult for Honolulu to leave him in the DSFL. Off the field, he intends to help the rookies and newer players acclimate to the tough schedule that the NSFL and DSFL entails. He knows from personal experience that it's not an easy task. He hopes to help players like Tychondrius Hood just as other players helped him. As long as he's in the DSFL, he plans to make the most of it by A.) elevating his team, and B.) having a good year personally. Heading into S22 as the first WR on the depth chart, he's hoping to make the most of his increased targets and opportunities. He's built some chemistry with QB Sim SnowBow and hopes to help ease the burden of RB Jamar Lackson. Daymond will use S22 in Minnesota as the anvil to sharpen his skillset to eventually help his NSFL expansion team in Honolulu.
