(S22) - PT1 - Runnin’ Down a Dream

At this stage in Tycker Om's career, he's living his dream out in the DSFL alone. It's not realistic to vie for any of the highest-quality awards (e.g. DLotY or defensive player of the year), especially provided he's a rookie and that he (I) am brand new to the league in general. My goal for this season is to get to know the Luchadores locker room well and be in the discussion for rookie of the year - any whispers about DLotY would just be icing on top of the cake but a far cry in general.

Another goal/dream I'd have for Tycker is making a good impression on NSFL GMs and guys with strong opinions. I don't anticipate being in the DSFL for the full duration, especially provided the rate at which Tycker is earning, and I want him to be drafted to a smart team with a good locker room. I would assume that smarter NSFL GMs draft the better players, and I'll likely be available at a low enough draft selection because of my position and relative lack of star power/known consistency that they'll have a chance to draft me. I don't even mind having a player ahead of him as DE1 on the depth chart, honestly: having a mentor and a second starter makes Tycker's job for the future easier, even if being an immediate starter would be nice.
