In his third year in the NSFL Kyle Idlewyld has set unsurprisingly lofty goals for himself. In his DSFL year in TIjuana Idlewyld won Defensive lineman of the year. After being drafted first overall by the Austin Copperheads Kyle went on to not just win Defensive rookie of the year he won an Ultimus with the Copperheads, including a safety in the conference championship, The next year wasn't quite as successful for the team, having lost in the playoffs, but Idlewyld had an even better season the 2nd time around earning Defensive Lineman of the year again. After earning those two awards in two years he knows he must move up to bigger and better things. DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR. Move over slow berry the, your time has passed. Now it's time for the Wyld Era. The path to winning this award is simple but difficult. Kyle must have 18 tackles for loss (which would be top ten all time in a season) and sack a quarterback 10 times, which would most likely lead defensive ends and be near the top overall for the league. Of course this means that going in to his fourth season Idlewyld will have to set his eyes on the biggest individual prize of them all, most valuable player.
