(S22) - PT1 - Runnin’ Down a Dream

Lucas Knight has changed jersey colors and now plays for Sarasota, a situation which comes with a new set of goals for season 22. Many of these are related to statistics, the most important one for him being to get his first interception as a Sailfish, better if it is a pick six; hopefully this occurs in one of the home games to make his presence, as well as effort, known to the fans and his teammates.

Also, it's been awhile since the last Pro Bowl nomination and looking to be among the top defensive performances of the league is always something that Knight has in mind; taking into account that he’s part of an expansion team, bringing his experience for the defense it's a priority for both his recognition and to help Sarasota get a good performance, since the team is young at the moment in many positions. In addition to the pursuit of a Pro Bowl, Knight’s still trying to win the defensive player of the year award for the first time in his career; nothing would make him happier than to do it this year as a member of a new team. Even though his new position seems complicated, he’ll put the best of his attitude for training and learning the playbook; with some luck he'll accomplish one of his many goals.
