(S22) - PT1 - Runnin’ Down a Dream

Alexander Blake has one goal this season. That goal is for it to end as quickly as possible. Blake has not been shy when asked his opinion on the minor league, otherwise known as the DSFL. He has said it's pointless, especially for a wide receiver due to the insane amount of running the ball the teams do. In 2 games so far this season in the DSFL Blake has 1 catch for 7 yards on 1 target. That's not exactly lighting the world up. I mean who could really blame him? If I were stuck on a minors team that ran the ball 60 times a game and passed only 10 I'd probably be pretty upset too as a wide receiver.

I did manage to keep Blake talking about any actual goals he had for this season and he said that honestly he just hopes that it goes smoothly as a whole. While he's not a fan of the minor league itself, he bears no ill will against his team, players, coaches, or the fans. You can't choose where you end up in the DSFL unfortunately, so there's no point in trying to fight against it.

While the season has just begun, Blake Alexander is already looking forward to its end.
