Bruce Buckley away from the field cares about what his teammates are doing. He like to be in the social environment hanging around with friends. Whether they be doing fun things like video games or hanging out at the pub slamming cold ones or at home chilling during a period of emotional distress, Buckley like to be with the company of his team-mates. This is extremely relevant in recent weeks as the Arizona Outlaws locker room has bonded together ignoring their recent string of defeats with the end goal of the rebuilding stage in site. The team realises that the close defeats to the Sabercats, Copperheads or Otters show that the team is close to defeating the premier teams of the league while not being as highly thought of.
Buckley also enjoys attempting to get him self back into things that he enjoyed back when he was in Australia. This may include watching the Cricket or Rugby League at the wee hours in the morning when the games are live or enjoying some great Australian cuisine. Buckley has recently elevated his cooking skills from Vegemite sandwiches to meat pies!
