(S22) - PT3 - Boom or Bust

As I am new to the league - I am in my first full season with the Portland Pythons - I had a few difficulties. But i did my research. One player who stood out to me was Oskar Ludvig.
I know there are other players who were a bust, but in my opinion Ludvig was the greatest bust in NSFL history.

He was drafted by Colorado in Season 9, which was a challenging time for the team, as they had plans to rebuild the team as the roster was getting quite old. I the draft however they traded up two spots to get Oskar Ludvig as the number 6 OA. He was a top prospect in the draft and they felt, that he could be a cornerstone for the new formed team.
The rebuild of the team didn't go very well and they lost the chance to be able to compete for another ultimus.
On top of that Ludvig, who they traded up for, went inactive right after the day of the draft. Although he managed to be named to the Pro Bowl once, he never showed his real potential.

The main reasons for him to be the greatest bust, is that he had the chance to become a leader for a new formed team, he had the chance to become a legend in Colorado. But by going IA he did real damage to a team, that risked maybe another ultimus to plan ahead but was set back years.
