Phew hard task as I am still pretty new to the league but thanks to infinitempg I just picked one of the players of his list and took a deeper look at Oskar Ludvig. 6 overall pick for the Colorado Yetis. Somehow Ludvig thought "hey first round pick? Let's go IA!" No idea how that could happend and I bet it sucks pretty hard. I mean sure, with only 2 CBs in the whole class you go for the one with the most TPE. But if you had that magic crystal ball, damn, just pick Daquan Richardson in a later round and get a solid active player. But back to Oskar Ludvig. My man just played 5 games. Imagine that, 5 games for a first round pick and thats it. In those 5 games he made 13 tackles, 1 tackle for yard loss and 1 pass defense. Nothing too impressive to be honest. Let's break it down to stats per game.
That would be 2.6 tackles, 0,2 tackle for yard loss and 0,2 pass defense per game.
Compared to Daquan Richardson (pick 21 overall btw): 14 games, 51 tackles, 1 tackle for yard loss and 14 pass defense. Per game that means 3.64 tackles, 0,07 tackle for yard loss and 1 pass defense. If we only take a look at those stats it's already pretty easy to say that Daquan would've been the better pick. Daquan also has 1 FF/FR and made 5 INTs. Sucks to be colorado that season.
