That's a bold claim. Let me remind you that Jaylon Lee and Harrif Ernston still exist. Also, Brady Stropko went inactive early in the season and he was a beast but only had around 115 TPE. We can get a "True Rookie" with near, exactly that much TPE on draft night! We are going to be the #1 group.
