I will be happy to approve you, but you currently have not spent any of your TPE. If you want to have it banked that is allowed, but if you would rather spend it I will add the Update Scale below. You may also use the Player Builder that is of immense help.
Update Scale:
0-50 - costs 1 TPE to go up 1 point
51-70 - costs 2 TPE to go up 1 point
71-80 - costs 5 TPE to go up 1 point
81-90 - costs 10 TPE to go up 1 point
91-100 - costs 15 TPE to go up 1 point
