It was about 2 PM one day when Big Chungus got a call from his agent. Chungus had just been given an endorsement offer from Planet Fitness. Chungus ecstatically accepted and the began discussing terms. After about a week of negotiations, the two finally made a deal.


In terms of money, Chungus would have to host 4 sponsored events a year and maintain at least 50 yards a game average. If he maintains this, he will make $250,000 a year for the next 5 years. If Chungus makes an all-star game, he will get a $500 bonus the following year. If he is the league rushing leader, he gets an extra $1,000 the following year.

After signing the five-year contract, both parties began brainstorming potential events for Chungus to host. This is what they came up with:
1. Autograph session.
2. A football camp for kids.
3. A back-to-school shopping day for kids in need.
4. An all-day workout event in which Chungus would go to a Planet Fitness for a day and work out with fans.

The persona given off by Chungus is one of an intimidating, self-centered man. Planet Fitness has made it obvious that their goal, in addition to using Chungus' name to gain more attention, is to show the ture Big Chungus and allow him to really make a personal relationship with fans of all ages.
