pretty sure back in the day everyone in the DSFL who was active was basically a one and done so not making decisions that would help the ISFL in order to keep players staying in that league isn't the move
actually totally agree with the post, the randomness of the sim is super annoying and it definitely doesn't help that there's so many basically maxed out players on a pretty small number of teams. obviously adding another 2 teams won't fix everything but i definitely think it would help make it better
